Cardiff University Buildings: Accessibility Information

We are a city-based University, established in 1883 with many buildings spread across the city. Many University buildings are very old, built in the early part of the twentieth century and were unfortunately not built with accessibility in mind.  The Estates Division however is constantly carrying out improvements and adaptations to existing buildings in order to improve accessibility for all.

As University buildings are spread across the city, there may be short distances to travel between buildings (please see our campus map). Assistance with travelling between buildings is available for disabled students.  If you require such assistance please contact disability@cardiff.ac.uk or visit our Disability and Dyslexia Service for further information.
