Cardiff University provides you with free collection from two major airports in the UK in September. We will transport you to Cardiff and take you to your accommodation.
Coach collection is for new international and EU students and takes place on Wednesday 18th September and Thursday 19th September.
Cardiff University staff will be at the Arrivals Lounge of terminals 3, 4 and 5 of Heathrow Airport from 08.00 - 15.00 on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th September.
Coaches will arrive at Heathrow at regular intervals between 08.00 - 15.00. You may have to wait at the airport before we have picked up everyone arriving on their flights.
To book your place, please let us know your arrival date, time and flight number by completing the online coach collection form: https://www.surveys.cardiff.ac.uk/coachcollection2013
If you are flying into terminals 1 or 2, please make your way to terminal 3 to meet our representatives.
Cardiff University also provides a free mini-bus and taxi service for international students from Cardiff Airport to the University on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th September from 09.00 - 17.00.
Please ensure you book flights that land long before the last time of coach collection (15.00 Heathrow, 17.00 Cardiff).
This is because it can take a significant amount of time to get through immigration. The coaches will not be able to wait for you if you are late.
If you miss the coach collection service you will need to make your own way to Cardiff. Don't worry - this is generally quite easy.
