2 - Pre-Advertising Process

Due to the release of our new ERecruitment service on 26th March 2012, this page is currently under re-development.

In order for recruiters to complete an online recruitment requisition using the new system, you must first ensure that your job is graded. To do this you are required to contact the relevant HR Manager who supports your School/Directorate to discuss the job description and person specification for the vacancy, confirming the correct grade and any other details such as relevant factors/objective justifications for posts where applicable.
