Muslim Childhood: Religious Nurture in a European Context

Muslim Childhood: Religious Nurture in a European Context is published by Oxford University Press.

Professor Eleanor Nesbitt (Warwick University) has said:

'For everyone who is interested in contemporary childhood, in Islam, and in religious socialisation more generally, here is a meticulously researched and amply referenced study of the experience of Muslim children in the UK from an ethnically diverse range of families.  In the context of insightful discussion of (for example) identity, the authors bring us the voices of Muslim children and their parents.'
